update from ISO:

1.mount ubuntu10.04.iso /mnt -o loop

2.vim /etc/apt/sources.list

deb file:///mnt

deb-src file:///mnt

3.apt-cdrom -m -d /mnt add

4.apt-get update

5.apt-get upgrade
